Front soft brush was failing to spin on my 810. I found that belt pully had only been pressed on and was now slipping after about 4 years. Fix was to Dremel a keyway on the shaft and inside of pully and drive a brad in to lock it firm. (see image close-up) I think this was really bad engineering by the manufacturer to just press this pully on. Fix was to Dremel a keyway on the shaft and inside of pully and drive a brad in to lock it firm.
